How to Measure Yourself
Chest: Start by measuring around the fullest part of your chest across the nipples, making sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
Waist: Next, measure around the midsection, in other words, where your hands would sit in a Superhero pose.
Hips: Lastly, measure around the fullest part of your hips, including your bum.
