Shipping & Returns

We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders!

At this time, we only ship within the United States. All orders ship via standard delivery, and we do not currently offer expedited shipping. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. Please note that Conscious Clothing, Besida, and Pamut Apparel are made-to-order brands and typically take 3–4 weeks to ship

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your order requires additional information to process, we'll reach out by email. For any questions, please contact us at contact@vivavoce.live.

Return policies vary by brand. Please refer to the product description on each item for the return or exchange policy that applies before placing your order.

For items eligible for return, requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligible returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Swimwear must have sanitary strips intact with no signs of tampering. We're unable to accept returns for intimate apparel.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and any items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Where refunds are available, they will be issued to your original method of payment after your return has been processed. Please allow up to 20 days from the date we receive your return for processing.
