All product life span is improved with hand wash and lay flat drying, but if you don’t have the ability or time, delicate wash in your washing machine is fine and low tumble in the dryer. This also extends the life of your prints.
High heat can damage the spandex and break it down or lose the retention quality.
For any technical fabrics, fabric softeners break down the performance properties. Stay away from added fabric softeners, in general.

SIZING TIPS:
Measure your chest at the fullest point to determine your size. If you are between sizes use the under bust measurement or size down.
Measure your hips around the fullest part of your hips and bottom while keeping your feet together. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor and don't pull too tight!
